Welcome to the 122 Walter Hardwick Residents Association

A community-led association for residents of 122WH in the heart of Vancouver's Olympic Village.

What is a Residents Association?

A Residents Association (also called a Tenants Association) is a group of people who live in the same building and work together to:

  • 💬 Talk about shared concerns
  • 🏠 Improve building life
  • 👥 Communicate with the landlord as a group

What does the 122WHRA do?

  • 🧹 Help SAHS staff manage shared spaces like the amenity room and garden
  • 🎉 Support building events like the Halloween Party, Connecting Our Community events, a "Junk Removal Day", and so on
  • 🤝 Encourage neighbours to help each other and build a stronger community
  • 🗣️ Create a fair space for residents to share ideas and solve problems together
